Villino Rubini is a private estate above Lake Como, not a hotel with staff and guests coming and going. Whether you are here for a weekend or a week, you have the same ten rooms, the same four acres of gardens, and a concierge available for bookings, transport, and local recommendations throughout your stay.
Mornings mean Italian breakfast, often on the terrace. Afternoons mean the gardens, the heated saltwater pool, or the Wellness and Fitness Area below the villa. The pace is set by the people staying, not by a schedule.
Good at Bringing a Team Together
The estate takes one company at a time on exclusive hire, so a team has the house to itself: meeting spaces, private dining, and the same gardens and Wellness and Fitness Area guests use on a leisure stay.
A change of setting works because it is a genuine change. No lobby, no other groups, no hotel conference floor. Just a private house above Lake Como, and a team with the run of it.
