Breakfast at the Villa
Each morning begins slowly. A generous Italian spread, included with every stay: warm pastries, seasonal fruit, good coffee, local cheeses, cured meats, fresh juices. Take your time.
Served on the terrace when the weather is good, in the Dependance when it is not, or in your room. Breakfast is included in a room booking and in exclusive hire of the whole estate alike.
Aperitivo Hour
Late afternoon, and with it, the most Italian of traditions. A glass of chilled prosecco. An Aperol Spritz mixed to order. Bruschetta, olives, regional delicacies. It is served on the terrace, or in the gardens when the evening allows.

La Polenteria is a good local restaurant, a short walk from the gate. Mountain food done properly: traditional dishes from the mountains above Lake Como, polenta, game and local cheeses.

A private chef can be arranged for dinner, on request: good Italian cooking, brought to your table wherever you choose. The Dependance dining room, the garden gazebo, or out on the terrace. Every menu is built around seasonal ingredients and your preferences.
The gardens seat about 100 for dinner outdoors, under a tent. Indoor dining is for smaller groups; the breakfast room seats 12 and the garden gazebo seats 7 outdoors. Tell us the number and we will tell you where it works best.
For a company offsite or a celebration, the catering is quoted with the rest of the programme, as one itemised proposal. The date, the number of people and whether you want to eat indoors or in the gardens is enough to start.
Wine Tasting
Private tastings are arranged with local wine specialists, on the terrace or in the Dependance, on request and subject to availability. Tell us what you would like to taste and we will build the tasting around it. Tastings are arranged for house guests and for private groups, in the same way as dinner.
Outdoor Grilling
Available on request. In the villa's private gardens, our ceramic grill is set up for long, relaxed meals. Locally sourced cuts, fresh seafood, and seasonal vegetables, all cooked over live coals.
Let a chef take care of everything, or take the reins yourself. The ingredients are excellent and the setting is private.
