Yes, year round. Autumn and winter bring their own character: clear air above the fog on the lake, fires in the evenings, and the sauna and cold plunge running through the colder months.

No. There is no card fee on Visa or Mastercard when booking directly through the estate's own booking engine.

How do I get to Villino Rubini?

Brunate is reached by the historic funicular from Como city, or by road in about fifteen minutes from Como. Milan Malpensa is around one hour away.

For company offsites and larger groups, group transfers from Milan Malpensa can be arranged directly by the house.

The estate has ten rooms and can be hired in its entirety for up to nineteen guests, with nobody else on the property.

A custom sauna in dark, heat-treated wood, a cold plunge, a fully equipped gym with Panatta strength and cardio equipment, a dedicated yoga room, and stone showers. The area is reserved for house guests and subject to availability. Arrange your session on arrival or when booking your stay.
