Villino Rubini is a private estate in Brunate, in the hills above Lake Como, taken by one company at a time. The estate has 10 rooms and sleeps 19 guests. The Dependance seats 20 in boardroom layout. Milan Malpensa is about 1 hour away by car.
Exclusive hire means the whole estate. No lobby, no other groups, no hotel conference floor. One company holds the house, the meeting spaces, the gardens and the Wellness and Fitness Area for the length of the programme.
Villino Rubini sits in Brunate, in the hills above Lake Como, inside roughly 4 acres of beech forest, gardens and parkland. The lakefront in Como is 7 minutes away by funicular, and Como city is about 15 minutes by road.

How Many People Can Meet Here
The whole group meets in the Dependance, 20 around 1 table, about 77 square metres. For breakouts there are 4 more rooms, and all 5 can be in use at the same time. A residential offsite runs up to 19 people: the estate sleeps 19 guests in 10 rooms, so a team of 10 or fewer can have a room each; above 10, some rooms are shared.

How It Is Quoted
Pricing is on request. A programme is quoted as one itemised proposal covering rooms, meeting spaces, meals and any activities. The contracting party is Callibia SRL, which operates the estate.
What a 2 Night Programme Looks Like
The minimum stay is 2 nights in shoulder season and 3 nights from June to August, and 2 nights is the common shape. Teams arrive from Milan Malpensa on the afternoon of day 1, work through day 2, and leave after breakfast on day 3. The house is held for one company throughout, so sessions can run late and a room can stay set up between them.
Programmes here have combined working sessions with a private chef dinner, a wine tasting, live music, a guided hike from the gate, sauna, and a boat on the lake, with group transfers arranged from Malpensa on arrival and departure.
The programme is built around the group rather than sold as a package. Mornings tend to hold the focused sessions, afternoons open up for the grounds or the ridge trails that start at the gate, and evenings settle into dinner together. Como is 7 minutes away by funicular when a team wants the lake.

Getting a Team Here
Milan Malpensa is about 1 hour by car. Milan Linate and Lugano are about 1 hour 10 minutes by car, and Milano Centrale reaches Como in under 40 minutes by train. From Como city the estate is about 15 minutes by road. There is parking at the house. We work with our own drivers at agreed rates: transfers are an extra and we arrange them, so tell us the flight times and we book the pickups, minivans for up to 13 and cars for the rest. The funicular climbs from the Como lakeside to Brunate in 7 minutes, which is a way down to the town rather than the way up with luggage.

A Different Season
Spring and autumn suit a residential offsite best: sessions indoors, afternoons in the gardens and on the ridge trails, dinner outdoors when the evening allows.
Autumn and winter above Lake Como have their own character: clear air above the fog and quieter gardens.
In the cold months the same rooms work indoors, with the Wellness and Fitness Area below the villa. The estate is held entirely for one company at a time in every month it is open.
